KIPP Academy Nashville is a college-preparatory public middle school modeled after the nationally acclaimed KIPP (Knowledge is Power Program) school model known for its high expectations and focus on academic results.  The mission of KIPP Academy Nashville is to cultivate in its students the character and academic skills needed to succeed in rigorous high schools and colleges and to become productive citizens in the world beyond. 

KIPP Academy Nashville hires experienced middle school teachers who are committed to creating a school that will have long-lasting success in East Nashville.  We are currently fully staffed for the 2009-10 school year.  KIPP Academy Nashville will begin to accept applications for the 2010-11 school year November 2009.
